I am a husband, father, US Marine Corps veteran, small business owner, fitness professional, and certified John Maxwell Team (JMT) leadership teacher, coach, and facilitator. Throughout my 11+ year journey in the fitness industry, I have realized the importance of leadership development and personal growth in the process of achieving fitness goals. As a result, I’ve developed a passion for the leadership and personal growth process, and the impact it has on any goal in life: personal or professional. I believe my potential is not capped by my current skills, ability, and knowledge unless I refuse to develop and grow. I cannot impart what I do not possess.
